PD: Fight Over Parking Space Leaves Man Injured

A male received a head injury after an argument over a parking space on Main Street Monday, according to Middletown Police.

Just after 7 p.m., several police cruisers converged on Main Street near Court, where a man standing outside a black Toyota RAV4 had a plastic bag full of ice on his head.

Several people on the sidewalk patio of La Boca Mexican Restaurant were interviewed by officers.

According to Officer Paul Liseo, on bicycle patrol, a fight over a parking space, in which the suspect fled, had police searching for him in the area after witness tips.

Police could be seen running down the alley between Church of the Holy Trinity and Webster Bank on Main Street.
