PD: Guy Who Admits to Cheating Gets Bleached by Gal

Middletown Police say a couple's fight in a car on Plaza Drive turned nasty after the woman got even with the man cuckolding her by throwing bleach on his blue jeans.

SECOND-DEGREE ASSAULT — On April 9 at 1:23 a.m., a female victim told police she was in an argument with her ex-boyfriend, Cristian Morocho, 25, of High Street, and he punched her in the face, the report says. Middlesex Hospital staff found she had a broken nose and mild concussion, police say. Morocho, was found near Stack Street and Pease Avenue, admitted to hitting her, police say, but told them she hit him as well. Police found no evidence.

FOUR COUNTS FIRST- AND TWO COUNTS SECOND-DEGREE FAILURE TO APPEAR, VIOLATION OF PROTECTIVE ORDER — On April 8 at 7:30 a.m., Jakese J. Sessoms, 36, of Spencer Drive was picked up at a Pearl Street apartment by police on six outstanding warrants and found with the woman named in a protective order.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT — On April 8, Barbara Santangelo, 69, of Ferry Street was in a physical argument with her son in which both slapped each other in the face, police say.

BREACH OF PEACE — On April 8 at 4:05 p.m., Kachana Marrow, 33, of Center Street, Meriden, was involved in a fight on Plaza Drive inside a Toyota with a man after they were arguing because he cheat on her, the report says. Police say she tried to hit him and threw bleach on him. He admitted to cheating but said nothing physical had taken place. Police saw his blue jeans had white splatters toward the cuffs of both legs and an empty Clorox bleach container was found in the parking lot.

INTERFERING WITH OFFICER, DISORDERLY CONDUCT — On April 8, police saw Eleas Vlisides, 33, of Falls Road, Moodus, and Taylor Pearson, 42, of Leesville Road, Moodus, leave Mezzo’s nightclub on Court Street, clearly intoxicated, the report says. Pearson, the report says, yelled profanities at officers who asked them to leave the area and advanced upon them threateningly. Vlisides, the report says, “approached the cruiser in a threatening manner.” Pearson was arrested for the above; Vlisides for interfering only.

BREACH OF PEACE, THIRD-DEGREE ASSAULT, ASSAULT PUBLIC SAFETY OFFICER — On April 7, Paul J. Bazzano, 48, of Prospect Street was arguing with family members outside his house, alarming neighbors, and pushed his stepdaughter to the ground, cutting her ankle, the report says. Officers say he became combative with police and spit at one of their faces many times.

THIRD-DEGREE ASSAULT and SECOND-DEGREE BREACH OF PEACE — Dshaun Dupree Watson, 28, of 23 Loveland St., was arrested by Rocky Hill Police on April 7. Watson was released on a $2,000 bond.

ASSAULT PUBLIC SAFETY OFFICER — On April 7, Bruce E. Hunt was picked up by police at the Old Saybrook Police Department as a wanted person from Oct. 21.

THREATENING — On April 6 at 11:18 a.m., a female victim came into police headquarters saying she ended a relationship with her boyfriend, Ryan S. Bates, 24, of Devonshire Lane, Madison, the day before with the agreement they would reunite when he completed a Rushford Center program for drinking and drugs, the report says. She said Bates never went and started calling and texting her that morning at 8:30 a.m. harassing her. The report says the text was, “I’m going to kill u stupid [racial slur].” She is pregnant by Bates, police say, and in fear of her life. At 2:30 p.m., police found him walking by Main and William Street. He told officers he only texted her threatening messages, the report says, because the victim threatened him on the phone.

FIRST-DEGREE FAILURE TO APPEAR — On April 6, police served Mary L. D’Amico, 50, of deKoven Drive with an outstanding warrant from Meriden.

DUI, ENGAGING POLICE IN PURSUIT, EVADING RESPONSIBILITY, RECKLESS DRIVING — On April 5 at 5:33 p.m., Roland W. Brochu, 55, of Grandview Avenue, Wallingford, fled from the scene of a car crash on Route 9 North at Exit 16, driving in an erratic manner, the report says. Brochu kept driving with police behind, sirens activated, and got off on Exit 18 and pulled into the Citgo Gas Station. The report says he smelled of alcohol, was unsteady and had red and watery eyes. He failed a sobriety test, officers report. A records check showed two previous convictions for DUI.

POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, NON-STUDENT POSSESSING DRUGS NEAR SCHOOL, POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO SELL, DISTRIBUTION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE WITHIN 1,500 FEET OF SCHOOL — On April 1 at 8:11 p.m., Steven K. Mayon, 44, of Sandhill Road was driving a Nissan Quest on deKoven Drive and pulled into a parking spot in the closed sports field. The report says Mayon smelled of marijuana and a search revealed $324 in cash, two bags of marijuana. Police say he had intended to meet someone for a marijuana sale.

POSSESSION OF AND ILLEGAL SALE OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, NON-STUDENT POSSESSING DRUGS NEAR SCHOOL — On March 31 at 6:06 p.m., Rodney Johnson, 21, of Cubeta Road was seen near Main and Washington streets with an outstanding warrant. A search revealed six bags and a small jar of marijuana (total of 5.5 grams), police say.

USE OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, OPERTION OF MOTOR VEHICLE IN VIOLATION OF LICENSE CLASSIFICATION, IMPROPER USE MARKER PLATE — On March 26, Brandy L. Donahue, 32, of Rattling Valley Road, Deep River, was driving a Mitsubishi Eclipse on Pearl Street with plates for a Volkwagen Jetta. She was found with three used hypodermic needles, the report says.
