The NMY Barracudas are a YMCA swim team for children ages 5 - 18. Based out of the Northern Middlesex YMCA in Middletown we have been helping children develop core values of caring, respect, and responsibility while making friends and leading a healthy and active lifestyle for more than 25 years.
