With my insatiable desire for knowledge and desperate need to fix everything broken in sight, some of which never asked to be fixed, I found myself buying every how-to book I could find.

You name it, I've tried it: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, cooking, sewing, reupholstering, roofing, and knitting.

So now I can bake you a flambe while knitting you a toilet seat cover for the new toilet I installed yesterday.

Not sure where this gets me in life, but it sure saves a lot of money.

Word of caution, keep your nail guns and crème brûlée torches locked up when I come over....
