Amanda Zaleski, Neighbor

Amanda holds a Masters Degree in Science from the University of Connecticut in Allied Health. Currently she is an Exercise Physiologist for the Department of Preventive Cardiology at Hartford Hospital as well as an adjunct lecturer for Middlesex Community College. Professionally, Amanda is well versed in the field of Health and Fitness, with major interests in cardiovascular health, exercise prescriptions, blood clot risk in endurance athletes, and health motivation. She has published and presented her work all over the United States as a member of the American College of Sports Medicine. She stays busy by running with (after) her two kids and training to run a marathon in every single state.
