Academic programs are designed to meet requirements for a high school diploma and are free to residents of member towns: Middletown, Cromwell, East Haddam/Moodus, East Hampton, Old Saybrook, Portland, Rocky Hill, Regional District 4 (Chester, Deep River, Essex, Centerbrook, Ivoryton), Regional District 13 (Durham, Middlefield, Rockfall) and Regional District 17 (Haddam, Higganum, Killingworth), and Westbrook. Additional locations are in the First United Methodist Church on Old Church Street in Middletown, Old Saybrook, Killingworth and Rocky Hill.
