The city's arts office staff shares space with the Department of Parks and Recreation in Suite 140 at Riverview…More Center (next to the city's police headquarters). This is a municipally-funded agency overseen by a 14-member commission. Meetings of the commission are generally held on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 7pm in city hall or at other locations within Middletown.
