Middlesex Community College (MxCC) is part of the state's network of 12 community colleges. It offers more thanMore 50 degree and certificate programs, including two-year associate's degrees in more than 30 subject areas. MxCC graduates seeking bachelor's degrees have transferred to state and private four-year institutions including: Central Connecticut State University, Fairfield University, Smith College, Trinity College, University of Connecticut, Wesleyan University and Yale University.</p> <p>MxCC also provides a range of courses for continuing education. Middlesex prides itself on the affordability, variety and flexibility of its full and part-time programs. It also offers both part and full-time child care at a state-licensed facility for children age 3-6 years. MxCC is situated on a scenic, 38-acre campus near Route 9 and overlooking the Connecticut River and the City of Middletown; it has satellite campuses in Meriden and Old Saybrook.</p>
