The Middletown Youth Services Bureau offers a number of programs and services to youths in the community including teen-empowerment programs, a service group for high school students, a peer-to-peer mentoring program, a leadership program, life skills courses and much more. It has supported local educational programs and initiatives directed toward youths in Middletown through the Educational Incentives Challenge Grant for almost 35 years.
