Beautiful Spring Day at Fernwood :)

I see this is a new Business Post. Obviously you read the reviews. I hope you can do something aboutRead More this mess. Start with the super. I've lived here long enough to know where the trouble originates from. By the way, we are now actively looking for a new place to live. Enough is enough!

UPDATE!: Good news! The leasing agent was recently FIRED ('bout time!), so maybe we could finallyRead More get this complex up to par. With more a bit more incentive on the part of the super (yes, he's still here), along with a caring, conscientious and intelligent leasing agent, perhaps the tenants could actually enjoy living here, instead of looking forward to their move-out date. And maybe, just maybe, we could get some RESPECTABLE people to move in here, instead of some of the suspicious and seedy characters the former leasing agent allowed to move in.

I have lived here for quite some time and I am so disappointed in this place! This is, hands down,Read More the worst maintenance situation I have ever encountered. Speaking English would be a basic start and not being rude and possibly answering the phone would be nice. The Gatehouse gitl, who was so great, was our only hope and, she's gone. I am moving out asap! I would rather pay more in rent and be treated decently, than continue living here. Negative stars across the board!!

I sympathize with you "D". We're in the same boat, but we're not ready to throw in theRead More towel just yet. If only we had representatives from the company who would lend an ear and be proactive. Basically, the place runs itself, the tenants are the ones keeping it afloat. But that can only go on for so long before some serious issue arises that is out of our hands to solve. How many warnings and fines from the city do they have to get before things change? I'm praying there won't be another blizzard and/or extended power outage, where we're stuck in an un-plowed complex with no heat, hot water or electricity, and with morons lighting up their grills inside their apartments to keep warm (like last time).
