Gilead Needs Winter Accessories, Video Gaming Units

Gilead Services serves a client-base throughout Middlesex County.

Editor’s Note: It’s the holiday season and for many, that means something more than finding the perfect gift or going to parties. For social service groups or charities, it’s the time when they reach out for that extra bit of help. DESCRIPTION:

Since 1968 Gilead has provided housing, support services and clinical treatment to individuals with mental illness throughout Middlesex County. Gilead offers a continuum of services to foster recovery from mental illness, including general counseling for individuals and families through our outpatient clinic in Middletown, as well as very intensive community-based programs that offer case management and rehabilitation services to individuals who live independently and would benefit from regular clinical and support services.

WHAT THEY NEED:

Winter accessories including: coats, boots, mittens and hats; Gift cards to Target, Wal-Mart, ITunes, Stop & Shop or any store where we can purchase home goods; Gift cards to purchase holiday gifts for the clients and programs. Some of the items clients have requested include: Wii gaming system, a flat screen TV, stereo, mp3 players, Xbox, laptop, art supplies, roller skates.
