No-Bake Vegan Chocolate Pie [VIDEO]

Here's what you'll need:

  • 1 12.3-oz. package silken tofu, drained
  • 2 c. vegan semisweet chocolate chips
  • ½ c. pure maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • Graham cracker crust (this may not be vegan if you get the premade crust)

Drain the silken tofu and set aside, then melt the chocolate chips in the microwave.

In a blender, combine the tofu, maple syrup and vanilla extract and blend until smooth. Add the melted chocolate chips to the mixture and blend on low until mixed completely.

Pour the filling into the premade crust and refrigerate for an hour to let it set.
