Wesleyan's Community Day Features Cardinals vs. Tufts Football

The day begins at 2 p.m. with activities including a bounce house, farmers market, games with Wesleyan athletes, face painting, music and food at the Freeman Athletic Center, 161 Cross Street in Middletown.

Families are invited to Wesleyan University on Saturday for a free community day celebration that culminates with the Cardinals' night football game vs. the Tufts University Jumbos.

The day begins at 2 p.m. with activities including a bounce house, farmers market, games with Wesleyan athletes, face painting, music and food at the Freeman Athletic Center, 161 Cross Street in Middletown.

At 4:45 p.m., the Wesleyan football team will parade from the Freeman Athletic Center to Andrus Field.

At 11 a.m., the Wesleyan women's soccer team plays Bates College on Jackson Field.

At noon, the Wes field hockey team plays Bates on Smith Field and at 1:30 p.m., the men's soccer team faces off against Bates on Jackson Field.

From 6-9 p.m. is the big game at Corwin Stadium on Andrus Field, Wyllys Avenue.
