Experience traditional yoga poses in a therapeutic way with the use of wall ropes. In this workshop, we will explore ways in which yoga ropes can enhance traction, refine alignment, reduce strain and increase strength and flexibility in your asana practice. This workshop is particularly geared for those with back issues, including scoliosis.
