Join us every Sunday for Yin Yang Flow. Enjoy a complete practice of both Yin & Yang yoga in one class. In our Yin postures we will explore long, passive, floor based shapes. Each pose is typically held for 3-5 minutes. Then, we gradually warm the body and move into a strengthening yet gentle flow practice. Relieve stress, increase range of motion, alleviate common back pain, enjoy the sense of community & serenity we create through our yoga practice.
