All levels; no yoga experience needed
In this workshop you will be taught to understand your own spinal curves and vertebral rotations. We will look at the structural and movement patterns caused by scoliosis. Then you will be shown how to elongate, strengthen, and de-rotate (center) your spine according to your individual patterns. Classic yoga poses that are particularly beneficial for those with asymmetries will be taught, as well as adaptations of poses that bring balance to the body.
