Get the benefits of Tai Chi and Power Yoga in one class. Learn how to flow through life with stronger, more supple muscles. Connect your core to your base and your upper body so that your whole body becomes a single energized unit. Once your core gains power, you can balance with grace and release the pains/ blocks that inhibit the spine's free movement. Every class works all the major muscle groups and encourages the back to twist and bend gently in all its natural directions. Be prepared to work hard. All fitness levels welcome, from beginners to trained athletes. No yoga or Tai Chi experience necessary.
Time: Tuesdays, 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Cost:$12 for a single class or $100 for a 10-class card (which can also be used in Hush's Pilates class on Wed. at 5:30 p.m.)
