Alignment based yoga practice improves strength, flexibility, breathing, circulation, organ and endocrine function, as it cultivates an overall sense of inner balance, vitality, and well-being.
This class teaches safe and effective ways to practice yoga postures and movements with intelligence and understanding. Deep relaxation concludes each class.
