Tonight's Education Board to Discuss Student Busing, Teacher Evaluations
This first board of education meeting after Election Day in Middletown includes two new members: Vinnie Loffredo and Linda Syznkowicz.
The education board will meet tonight at 7 p.m. at Middletown City Hall council chambers.
A number of items are on the agenda, including busing of students.
Last month, Director of District Operations Marco Gaylord responded to questions about multiple buses going by a particular residence, fuller buses as a result of the elimination of five buses, bus stop changes, substitute drivers causing instability, no substitute driver shortage, and the consideration of a monitor on one Macdonough Elementary School bus, according to the minutes.
