Sold! Two-Family Circa 1880 Home Purchased for $201,000 in Middletown

This 2,128-square-foot house with six bedrooms and two bathrooms near St. Mary of Czestochowa Church recently changed hands.

The Middletown town clerk reports the following properties have changed hands:

  • 1102 RIVER ROAD — Phyllis Stanchfield to Marc Johnson on Nov. 15 for $170,000.
  • 181 SMITH STREET — Geoffrey M. Plummer and Ann (Plummer) Parker to Jeffrey R. Zadjura on Nov. 13 for $156,000.
  • 94 CYNTHIA LANE — Kathaline Premont to Joyce E. Good on Nov. 14 for $95,000.
  • 12-14 HUBBARD STREET — Dade Realty Co, LLC, to J. Michael Johnson on Nov. 9 for $201,000.
  • 4 EAST LAKE DRIVE — Robert E. Borho Jr. and Debra L. Borho to Caryn Mitchell on Nov. 9 for $160,000.
  • 94 CYNTHIA LANE, A6 — Adam Texeira to Jennifer Mitney on Nov. 8 for $154,000.
