Three New Tenants Relocate to Middletown's 19th-Century Mill Building
Find out the Middletown businesses that recently relocated or opened new offices at locations on Main, Newfield, South Main, Court and Washington streets.
Three new tenants are occupying the Sanseer Mill Office Park in Middletown, according to Trevor Davis of Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate.
Sanseer Mill Office Park, 282 Main Street Extension, between Middlesex Hospital and Stop & Shop, is a 19th-century mill that was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places in 1986.
New England GeoSystems, Columbus House and New England Residential Services have relocated to this rambling building in the South Farms area of Middletown.

Sanseer Mill is a beautiful old brick mill that was an adaptive reuse project. Other tenants include Middletown Chiropractic and Palmer Eyecare Center.
Trevor Davis has also leased 1,026 square feet retail and office space at 670 Newfield Street (on Route 3) to the Middletown Public Schools.

Also, four tenants have are now leasing at the Sanibel Professional Offices, 955 South Main Street, Route 17, at the corner of Randolph Road (Route 155). Lypossage Esthetiques International, Circle Wellness Therapies, Michele Salonia, DMD, and Community Health Resources.
Sanibel is a group of three office buildings that was once a private hospital and nursing home with deer and peacocks in an outdoor, fenced-in area. Other tenants include Wells Fargo Wealth Management and Kids Artspace.
Davis also leased 2,100 square feet of retail space at 90 Court St. in this mixed-use retail and office building to Pamela Roose Specialty Knits for a store for knitting supplies and classes, and Signature for Women for a women’s contemporary clothing store.
The Catalyst Church Corporation leased 7,344 square feet of space at 720 Newfield Street (Route 3).
Also, Middletown Business Park has some new tenants: Connecticut Carbide & Tool Service, Apex Lighting Solutions and Embedded Systems.
As well, four tenants have signed leases at Main Street Market, 366-386 Main Street, in the core of the Central Business District. Jeffrey Ventures is now in the former Oliver Campbell’s Bar & Grill in the lower level with the entrance on Melilli Plaza. The Book Bower, It Burns women’s fitness, and Doctors Jessica Meyer and Samantha Wright also are located there.
Main Street Market continues its extensive renovation to the mixed-use retail and office building.
Davis also completed some small office space transactions at 438 Main Street and Washington Street (Route 66): MODAR, Helen Evrard, Middletown Yoga and Newtech Installation.
