295 CARRIAGE CROSSING — Alex F. and Teresa A. Koeppel to Carolyn Krocheski on March 31 ($120,000).

566 MILLBROOK ROAD — Anthony Scata Jr. and Bonnie Terry to Jordan Coleman on March 31 ($159,000).

8 EAST LAKE DRIVE — Marie Maselek to Terrell Lewis and Nikko Fisher on March 30 ($197,000).

20 BAILEY ROAD — Robert J. Howard to Sebastiano and Sebastiana Vinci on March 28 ($185,000).

14 WOODMAN ST. — James C. and Jennifer S. Lane Jr. to Suzanne Peracchio and Sean Casey on March 28 ($180,000).
