Gov. Dannel P. Malloy gave a rousing victory speech to Middletown Democrats on Tuesday night after the polls closed. He lauded newly elected Democrat Dan Drew, congratulating him on a hard-won victory. "He fought the fight that a Democrat has to fight to win against a party that will frequently not tell the truth about us."
