In an effort to address these concerns, Sen. Bartolomeo and Rep. Altobello asked the state Department of Energy and Environmental Protection to evaluate the permitted uses of the park. As a result, DDEP has made changes to park policy that will not only help to improve the conditions of the park but also the quality of life for its neighbors.

Please join Sen. Bartolomeo, Rep. Altobello and a representative of DEEP to hear about the new policy and to provide them with feedback now that it has been in effect for several weeks.
