Customers of Connecticut Light & Power are stepping up their criticism of the utility's handling of the latest power crisis brought on by Mother Nature.
Residents are posting their feelings on Facebook, both the company's page and this new page.
Currently, more than 310,000 CL&P customers remain without power.
Gov. Dannel Malloy is also losing patience.
There's even a Fake Jeff Butler account on Twitter.
And all this in the wake of the long outages following in August.
