Middletown Health Department Offering Grants to Non-Profits

Examples of those who may be eligible include outreach educators, tobacco and drug use prevention programs.

The Middletown Health Department is accepting applications for the next round of Health Block Grants. 

Any non-profit human service or health agency that needs funding to provide services for Middletown residents is eligible to apply. Applications can be obtained on the city’s website and due no later than 4:30 PM on Feb. 28, 2014.

The city's Common Council has approved $83,000 for these grants.
