"Given these realities, I will resume active campaigning today and ask for the support of the voters Tuesday."

Election Day is Tuesday, and Giuliano is facing a stiff challenge from Democrat Dan Drew. He had suspended campaigning during the crisis following the freak October snowstorm that slammed the region last weekend.
