Mayor Declares State of Emergency
Mayor Sebastian Giuliano signs declaration and says Middletown High will open as shelter.
Mayor Sebastian Giuliano has signed a Declaration of State of Emergency for the city in preparation of Hurricane Irene.
The City will be opening an emergency shelter at Middletown High School on LaRosa Lane, Saturday at 8PM.
