Letter: When Suzio Campaigned With Giuliano, He Was Struck by his Enthusiasm

State Sen. says the incumbent mayor is the true 'hometown guy' in this election.

To the Editor:

I am writing to encourage Middletown voters to re-elect Mayor Seb Giuliano. I first met Mayor Giuliano last year when I was campaigning in Middletown. We were going door to door visiting voters. We visited perhaps six neighborhoods. Everywhere we went

I couldn't believe the interaction between the mayor and the citizens we visited. On several occasions, voters asked for help on different matters and I watched as Seb texted messages to department heads asking them to follow up on each request. The voters loved seeing Mayor Giuliano at their doorstep and the mayor really loved interacting with his constituents.

Seb Giuliano certainly is the "hometown guy" in this campaign. Seb grew up in Middletown. He knows the needs of the city and its people. What struck me when I watched him in action last fall was how much Seb likes serving his constituents and how enthusiastic he is about his job.

The people of Middletown are fortunate to have such a dedicated leader in Seb Giuliano. It's time to re-elect the man from Middletown as the man to lead Middletown.

Vote for Seb Giuliano on Nov. 8.
