Letter: Support South Firefighters by OKing Budget
Passing the budget will allow firefighters and commissioners to continue to operate the department smoothly and efficiently, says one resident.
To the Editor:
Tuesday, May 1 is the day to go vote "yes" for our South Fire District budget. Vote "yes" to the South District firefighters, who respond first to any emergency. Vote "yes" to the South Fire District firefighters who protect our homes and loved ones. Vote "yes" to the upkeep of the firehouse, trucks and apparatus. Vote "yes" to the paying of our utility bills and gas bills on time ...

In other words, it is all about keeping our South District Firehouse operating smoothly and efficiently, which I believe the commissioners and firefighters do tremendously well.
