Ex-Middletown Mayor Sebastian Giuliano a Candidate for Cromwell Town Manager

The three-term former mayor is one of eight candidates.

Former Middletown Mayor Sebastian Giuliano is in the running for a new job in Cromwell.

The Middletown Press reported that Giuliano is one of eight candidates that the Cromwell Board of Selectmen is considering for the position of town manager. This is the first time Cromwell is implementing this position after a 2011 Charter change.

Giuliano confirmed with The Press that he is in the running for the job.

The three-term former Republican Middletown mayor lost to incumbent Democratic Mayor Dan Drew in 2011. Apart from seeking this town manager position, Giuliano is also running for a position on the Middletown Common Council in the November election.
