Mayor Dan Drew is urging residents to take part in a bone marrow registry being sponsored by the city of Middletown.

Folks who are 18-60 years old, in good health, and willing to give a swab of cheek cells are eligible. Testing costs are covered by health insurance or Michael's Fund of Fall River, Mass., so bring your health insurance card if you have one.

Refreshments will be served by Dunkin Donuts, Fusion Bakery, Price Chopper and Stop & Shop.
