Columbus Day 2012: Is My Bank Open?

Columbus Day 2012 is Monday, Oct. 8, and that means it's a federal holiday. You may be surprised to discover that some banks are open.

Today is Columbus Day and that means it is a federal and Connecticut state holiday. But that doesn't mean everything you might expect to be closed will be closed in Middletown.
