Middletown Police Department Arrests and Incidents Through March 30

Middletown Police report the following arrests:

DISORDERLY CONDUCT — On March 30, police responded to Lake Street for a disturbance. Courtney M. Fitzpatrick, 25, was allegedly in a physical fight with her boyfriend. She was observed as highly intoxicated and uncooperative. She was given an April 30 court date.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT — On March 30, police responded to Lake Street for a disturbance. Andrew T. Craig, 22, was allegedly in a physical fight with his girlfriend. After police found him hiding in the bathroom, he was observed as highly intoxicated and uncooperative. He was given an April 30 court date.

SECOND-DEGREE FAILURE TO APPEAR — On March 29, Dontae Brown, 20 of Rapallo Avenue turned himself into police for an outstanding warrant for possession of marijuana. He was given a March 29 court date.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT, SECOND-DEGREE THREATENING — On March 29, police received a call about an out-of-control Middlesex Hospital patient that had fought with staff. Robert Ciarleglio Jr., 50,  of Reiman Drive, Cromwell. He was given an April 12 court date.

SECOND-DEGREE FAILURE TO APPEAR — On March 28, Rebecca A. Duksa, 27, of Atkins Street, Milford, was determined to have three outstanding warrants while at Superior Court, one from Farmington and two from Hartford. She was given an April 11 court date in Hartford.

SECOND-DEGREE FAILURE TO APPEAR — On March 27, David Rivera Jr., 28, of Main Street was the passenger in a car stopped by police on Grand Street. He was found to have an active warrant out of New Britain. He was given an April 12 court date.

SIXTH-DEGREE LARCENY — On March 26, Damin Roberts, 30, of Washington Street was reported as a shoplifter at Price Chopper. Roberts allegedly ran from the store He confessed to this and a former shoplifting at the store. He was given a March 31 court date.

SECOND-DEGREE FAILURE TO APPEAR — On March 26, police were called to Rains Road on a vandalism complaint. John F. Kolman, 60, of Higby Road was found to have an outstanding warrant for cruelty to animals from Oct. 24, 2007, and second-degree threatening from May 22, 2007. He was given an April 6 court date.

OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE WITHOUT INSURANCE, WITH SUSPENDED REGISTRATION and FAILURE TO OBEY STOP SIGN — On March 26, Brittany J. Campbell-Hass, 21, of Atkins Street was driving on Wadsworth Street and allegedly drove through the stop sign at Pine Street. She was given an April 4 court date.

FIRST-DEGREE FAILURE TO APPEAR — On March 25, Jesus Nolasco, 34, of Northridge Drive, Waterbury, turned himself into police on an outstanding warrant. He was given an April 8 court date.

OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE WITHOUT INSURANCE, AND UNREGISTERED — On March 24, Christopher Sennik, 25, of Frissell Terrace was traveling on River Road with expired registration. He was given an April 20 court date.

MISUSE OF MARKER PLATE, OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE WITHOUT INSURANCE AND DRIVERS LICENSE — On March 24, Keith Slade of Johnson Street, 53, was driving on Cooley Avenue and stopped by police because his license plate did not match the car. He was given an April 20 court date.

SECOND-DEGREE LARCENY — On March 24, Jennifer Wilcox, 35, of Russell Street was found in possession of a stolen rental car. She was given an April 1 court date.

OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE WITH SUSPENDED DRIVERS LICENSE — On March 24, James L. Colby, 31, of Hillside Avenue was driving on Washington Street when police heard a loud noise coming from his car’s muffler. He was given an April 6 court date.

POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA — On March 21, Laura Ford, 44, of Grand Street was walking away from the scene of a complaint when she was observed dropping a crack pipe in an alley in front of two officers. Residue tested positive for cocaine. She was given an April 1 court date.

MISUSE OF MARKER PLATE, OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE WITHOUT INSURANCE — On March 20, Angel Cruz of Randolph Road was driving a BMW on Main Street Extension with a license plate matching a Honda. He had purchased the BMW the day before, police say. He was given a March 31 court date.

OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE WITHOUT INSURANCE, NO TURN SIGNAL — On March 18, Michael A. Latronica, 59, of Portland Street was seen traveling erratically on Main Street and turned from Hartford Avenue to St. John Street without signaling. He produced a hand-written insurance card with no date.
