SIXTH-DEGREE LARCENY, SECOND-DEGREE CRIMINAL MISCHIEF — On March 17, Julio Rivers, 27, of Eastern Drive, Middletown, allegedly smashed a car window and removed a GPS unit on Main Street. He was given a March 29 court date.

FAILURE TO RESPOND TO INFRACTION — On March 16, Maria D. Santiago, 34, of Prescott Street, Meriden, was arrested on a PRAWN warrant. She was given a March 30 court date.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT — On March 14, Ernest J. Smith, 56, of Peachtree Lane, Middletown, was arrested after a domestic violence call. He was given a March 14 court date.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT — On March 13 at 6:45 p.m., Kathy Perkins, 61, of McKenna Drive, Middletown, was arrested and given a March 14 court date after a domestic violence call.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT — On March 13, Woodrow Vereen, 46, of Stoneycrest Drive, Middletown, was charged after a domestic violence call. He was given a March 14 court date.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, INTERFERING WITH AN OFFICER, CRIMINAL ATTEMPT TO COMMIT ASSAULT ON A POLICE OFFICER, CARRYING/SALE DANGEROUS WEAPONS — On March 13 at 1:21 a.m. Peter M. Bracket, 24, of Nordland Avenue, Cromwell, was seen banging on a parking meter with his cell phone on Main Street in Middletown. He was given a March 14 court date.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT, THIRD-DEGREE ASSAULT, INTERFERING WITH AN EMERGENCY CALL — On March 12, Terrill D. Hart, 33, of Roberta Drive, Middletown was involved in a domestic disturbance.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT — On March 12, Melissa Duteau, 32, of Roberta Drive, Middletown, was involved in a domestic disturbance with her boyfriend.

SECOND-DEGREE THREATENING AND HARASSMENT — On March 12, Gary Steele, 44, of Batts Street, Middletown, was processed on an outstanding warrant. He was given a March 14 court date.

DUI, EVADING RESPONSIBILITY, OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE WITHOUT INSURANCE, UNSAFE BACKING — On March 9 at 1:47 p.m., Laura Jane Wallington, 43, of Longworth Avenue, Middletown, was charged with leaving the scene of a car crash on Washington Street. She failed three standardized field sobriety tests: .285 on the first and .238 on the second. She was given a March 18 court date.

USING CELL PHONE WHILE DRIVING, MISUSE OF MARKER PLATE — On March 9 at 9:56 p.m., Debbie V. Sayasith, 22, of Greenfield Street, Windsor, was observed texting while driving on Newfield Street in Middletown. She was given a March 21 court date.
