Two city teens charged with rape and risk of injury to a minor were among 71 individuals  picked up on an outstanding warrant sting conducted by the U.S. States Attorney's office Sept. 30.

Middletown High School track and field star Denzell A. Dempsey, 18, of Maplewood Terrace and Dennis A. Jacobs, 18, of Traverse Square both face first-degree sexual assault and risk of injury charges from an Aug. 17 incident although it's unclear if the two cases are related as the warrants are sealed.
