On July 16 at 8:30 p.m., Middletown Police were called to a house owned by Gilead Community Services, which offers home services for the mentally ill, on High Street about a stolen iPhone.

The report says two victims charged Robert W. Roach, 52, who resides at the home on High Street with taking it because he had done so in the past and had been around the phone the night before.
