Reader Offers Condolences to Family, Co-workers of Firefighter Osiecki

To the Editor:

Firefighter Michael Osiecki, who has been a great firefighter with the South Fire District, died Oct. 13 at 54 years old.   

I have a lot of compassion when it comes to the police or the fire department. 

I would like to offer my condolences to firefighter Osiecki’s family and to the men and women assigned to the South District Fire Department and  the men and women of the Middletown Police Department.   

It is always hard to lose a coworker but as time goes on, you will have a great memory of this firefighter in  your mind. 

Rest in peace, firefighter Osiecki, God will be watching over you. I  commend you for your public service to the fire department and to  the city of Middletown, Connecticut.
