The report says an officer saw him pull a 7.5-inch kitchen knife from his waistband and hide it in the bushes, explaining, “I got jumped last night and they broke my fingers.” Back at headquarters, police say, he became belligerent and has 2010 arrests for probation violation and failure to appear.

He is a convicted felon with 13 arrests and when he discovered he was being given a $5,000 bond, he smashed the police phone on the ground, ripped the cord out and broke it, the report says.
