Police: Man, 37, Arrested After Breaking Mom's Pool Rule

DISORDERLY CONDUCT — On July 14 at 1:47 p.m., Anthony M. Rapps, 47, of Plaza Drive was involved in a physical argument with his wife over money. They pushed each other while trying to separate and calm down and Rapp was clearly intoxicated.

THIRD-DEGREE ASSAULT, DISORDERLY CONDUCT — On July 14 at 3:50 p.m., Dirk Falls, 48, was at the Shepherd Home on Bowl Lane, yelling at staff. He was found with an outstanding warrant.

TWO COUNTS THREATENING, SECOND-DEGREE HARASSMENT — On July 13, Joseph S. Scionti, 24, of Fair Lane, Wethersfield, was taken into custody by Wethersfield Police on an outstanding warrant from Middletown.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT — On July 13 at 4:31 p.m., police responded to Bidwell Terrace for a verbal domestic between Bryant St. Amand, 37, and his mother. She said St. Amand told her he was going to kill himself after not taking his medication since Monday. He was upset with her because she was mad he had people over the house in the pool she didn't approve of. She said he couldn't use her car because he broke the pool rule so he threw her car keys, breaking the remote, and punched her Toyota Rav 4 causing a big dent in the front right quarter panel.

OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE WITH SUSPENDED REGISTRATION — On July 7 at 10:21 a.m., Lorielle R. LeClair, 19, of Liberty Street was driving in the It's Only Natural Market parking lot on Main Street. She told police she was just at DMV trying to rectify her suspension, however DMV was closed. She was within walking distance.
