A pedestrian was struck by a car Monday evening on the 300 block of East Main Street, the Middletown Press is reporting noting that South Fire District and Middletown police officials confirmed they responded to the incident at 8 p.m. Monday.
The 300 block of Main Street is approximately where Main Street Extension turns into Saybrook Road, where the Walgreens and CVS plazas are located.
The condition of the victim has not been released and an investigation continuing, the Press reports.
