PD: Woman Drove Four Times Legal Limit With Child

Middletown Police say a 28-year-old Baldwin Drive woman was stopped by multiple motorists after driving erratically near South Main Street and Randolph Road.

DUI, RISK OF INJURY TO CHILD — On May 12 at 6:31 p.m., police were called to South Main Street and Randolph Road for motorists who stopped a woman, Christine Yorzinski, 28, of Baldwin Drive, for driving erratically. The report says Yorzinski was outside crying, slurring her speech, smelled of alcohol and was stumbling. She admitted she had been drinking alcohol “hours earlier,” police say. A breath test revealed her blood alcohol levels were .322 and .315.

MARIJUANA POSSESSION, BRINGING DANGEROUS WEAPON TO SCHOOL — A male student at Vinal Technical High School was arrested April 26 at 10:27 a.m.

SECOND-DEGREE RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT, RISK OF INJURY TO CHILD — On April 23 at 4:20 p.m., an off-duty trooper was driving north on Route 9 and saw a juvenile male walking in the right shoulder. The report says his mother, Nancy Feitel, 45, of Roberts Street, ordered him from the car after an argument.
