Ruffino yelled, “where is my bacon and cheese?” and the cashier, the report says, told him next time he should order a Club Meal, but she would give him the right one. Before she finished speaking, the report says, Ruffino cut her off and threw the chicken sandwich at her, hitting her shoulder, and ran out. Surveillance video confirmed her story, police say.
