PD: Man High on Crack Was Just Trying to 'Score' a Woman

A parole officer alerted Middletown Police to a 38-year-old city man who was reportedly so 'high,' he 'couldn't keep his eyes open.'

A 38-year-old city man who was very high on crack said he had indulged in the narcotic in the pursuit of a woman, according to a report from Middletown Police.

On Oct. 23, police were called to a home on Newfield Street after a parole officer said he was checking up on one of his parolees, walked into a bedroom and saw Outlaw Antonio, 38, of Julia Terrace, who, the report says, was "high and couldn't keep his eyes open."

A search revealed a rock (1 gram) of crack cocaine, police say, and a broken glass pipe that was still warm from use, in addition to $109.18 in cash. The report says Antonio had "smoked a lot of crack trying to score with a chick that was in the house."

He was charged with use of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of narcotics.
