PD: Inebriated Hebron Man Relieves Himself in City Park

Middletown Police say they have been called approximately 10 times in the last week about a 53-year-old man, whom they call an "utter nuisance," causing disturbances around the city.

On July 22, Milton Soto of Wall Street, Hebron, was found intoxicated and sleeping in Harbor Park while families were there, the report says, and when awoken by officers, "stood up, pulled out his [genital] and urinated in the park directly in front of the visitors with no regard for them."

On July 29 at 5:53 p.m., while at the St. Vincent dePaul soup kitchen on Main Street and punched another man in the face, which caused a cut. The report says, "police have had numerous complaints from the public in recent weeks naming Milton Soto as an utter nuisance."

On July 31, he was at Javapalooza and, police say, called a patron outside a prostitute, said she did something vulgar the night before and tried to fight people on Main Street.

He was charged with two counts of second-degree breach of peace on July 22 and 29 and on July 25, he was charged with first-degree criminal trespass. On July 29, he was arrested for third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

The report says police have been called about 10 times in the last month about him being intoxicated and was sent to the hospital for evaluations.
