A Middletown woman charged with stealing a Killingworth man's identity last year was arrested again this month for allegedly harassing the victim, police say.
Natasha Elena Akers, 29, of 105 Dove Lane, was taken into custody on Saturday, Feb. 11, and charged with violation of a protective order and second degree harassment.
Police say the incident occurred last month in Killingworth although no details of the incident were available.
Akers was released from custody on $25,000 bond and is due back in court March 1.
In October, Akers was arrested on more than 40 counts of credit card fraud after police say she used the victim's identity to acquire a credit card and then used it to purchase items.
Akers has pleaded not guilty to the charges, according to court records.
She was previously arrested on a disorderly conduct charge, records show.
Two of the counts Akers faces - third degree identity theft and violation of a protective order - are felonies.
