Middletown Parking Ban Starts Today at Noon Ahead of Snowstorm

The mayor urges drivers to park in designated lots before the snow begins to fall — any vehicles on city streets run the risk of being towed by police.

The mayor has issued a parking ban for all city streets beginning at noon Saturday ahead of the snowstorm. This will allow plows to keep up with an anticipated 3 to 6 inches of snow that is expected to blanket Middletown beginning this afternoon, according to the National Weather Service.

Also, the Russell Library is closing at 1 p.m. today due to snow.
