Middletown Men Arrested for Stolen Car, Driving Under the Influence, Breach of Peace

Three Middletown men were arrested in separate incidents on Wednesday, June 18, 2014 for various offenses, Middletown police reported Thursday.

Andeen Holden, 22, of Higganaum, was arrested in Middletown for operating under the influence, assault in the second degree with a motor vehicle and speeding on June 18 on Main Street in Middletown.  Holden was released with a "Promise to Appear" notice and is due in court July 1, 2014.

On June 18, 2014, Trenton Hoggard turned himself into Middletown Police Headquarters on an outstanding warrant. Hoggard, 22, of Maplewood Terrace Middletown, was charged with assault int he third degree and breach of peace in the second degree. Hoggard was released on a $5,000 bond and is due in court July 1, 2014 to answer to the charges.

Fred Mojica, age 30 of Middletown, was arrested at approximately 3:15 a.m. in Middletown for taking a motor vehicle without permission. After running out of gas, Mojica contacted Windsor Locks Police who found he had an outstanding warrant in Middletown. Police cuffed him and transported Mr. Mojica to the Middletown Police Department where he was photographed, fingerprinted and arrested. He is due in court July 3, 2014.
