Middletown Police report the following incidents:

Oct. 29

THIRD-DEGREE ASSAULT, CRIMINAL IMPERSONATION, INTERFERING WITH OFFICER — Leon Hinds, 28, of Pearl Street was picked up on Main Street on outstanding warrants.

TWO COUNTS EACH CRIMINAL IMPERSONATION, INTERFERING WITH OFFICER — Francine Y. Lewis, 32, of Pearl Street was picked up at home on an outstanding warrant.

THIRD-DEGREE BURGLARY, SIMPLE TRESPASS, THIRD-DEGREE CRIMINAL MISCHIEF — At 4:45 p.m., police were called to a home on Ridgewood Road for a burglary in progress and found James Hagerty, 18, of Burgundy Hills leaving from a pool house in the yard, according to police. He fled into the woods and later told police he thought the building was empty and he another man, who turned out to be a juvenile, broke windows to get inside and "hang out," the report says.

Oct. 24

FIRST-DEGREE FAILURE TO APPEAR — Jason Leachman of Liberty Street, Middletown, was arrested.

Oct. 23

RECKLESS USE OF HIGHWAY BY PEDESTRIAN — Peter Schwink of Liberty Street, Middletown, was arrested.

Oct. 21

NO LICENSE, FAILURE TO DRIVE REASONABLE DISTANCE APART — Tony T. Bunch, 26, of Rose Circle, Middletown, was arrested.

FAILURE TO YIELD — Brandon Guimares, 24, of Walnut Street, Middletown, was arrested.

Oct. 20

PROBATION VIOLATION — Adam L. Holmes, 35, of Labella Circle, Middletown, was arrested.
