Middletown Arrests: Oct. 19 to Nov. 2

The following information was provided by the Middletown Police public information officer. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Middletown Police report the following incidents:

FIRST-DEGREE FAILURE TO APPEAR — On Nov. 2 at 1:30 a.m., Cesar A. Concepcion, 30, of Hamlin Court, West Hartford, was found with an outstanding warrant.

RISK OF INJURY TO CHILD — On Nov. 11, Lee Anthony Rodriquez, 22, of Devens Street, New Britain, was stopped by New Britain Police then brought to Middletown on an outstanding warrant.

SIXTH-DEGREE LARCENY — On Nov. 1 at 7:30 p.m., Jeanette Miranda, 35, of Hillside Avenue was found with an outstanding warrant.

THREE COUNTS OPERATION MOTOR VEHICLE WHEN LICENSE SUSPENDED, OPERATION MOTOR VEHICLE WHILE USING CELL PHONE — On Nov. 1 at 3:55 p.m., Michelle Cherry, 32, of Grand Street was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant.

INSURANCE COVERAGE FAILS MINIMUM COVERAGE, OPERATION UNREGISTERED VEHICLE — On Oct. 19 at 6:14 p.m., Brandy L. Scharborough, 34, of Washington Street was driving an Oldsmobile Aurora on Newfield Street.
